Return policy

Return and Refund Policy:
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date on which you have received the goods, or on which a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and no fee will be charged for such refund.

Conditions for returns:
To ensure that the goods are eligible for return, you must ensure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:

The supply of goods that are tailor-made or personalized.
The delivery of goods that by their nature are not suitable for return, for example goods that spoil quickly or whose expiry date has passed.
The delivery of goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery.
The delivery of goods which, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse returns that do not meet the above return conditions.

Return goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You must send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost goods during the return shipment. That's why we recommend insured and trackable shipping. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:
If the goods were marked as gifts when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. As soon as the returned product has been received, you will receive a gift voucher.

If the goods were not marked as gifts at the time of purchase, or if the giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the giver.
